Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select your style on the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We will prepare your order and notify you when it ships!
Q: Which size is right for me?
A: There is a size chart on the product description page. Please measure your quilt size and choose your ideal size. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service. Any custom size is accepted.
Q: Can I customize the product?
A: We can customize designs and sizes for most home textile products in our store, including quilt covers, pillowcases, pillows, tapestries, blankets, beach towels and rugs, etc. Please contact our customer service for more information.
Q: Are the dimensions of your products accurate?
A: There may be a slight difference of 0.5 – 1.5 inches (1.2 – 3.5 cm) between the actual product and the size chart due to different reasons: material shrinkage, reaction to temperature, etc.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible: info@personalizedmerchm.com
Please note: At this time, we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been shipped.
Q: My tracking number is invalid.
A: It may take 2-3 days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier's system. Occasionally, a carrier may lose an order. If the tracking number is still invalid within a few days, please contact the carrier.
Q: I need help with shipping and processing times.
A: We process orders Monday through Saturday EST, excluding post office holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
– Processing time: 2 – 7 days* (normal season) or longer depending on holiday season.
– Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days delivery (excluding production time)
— Express Shipping: 7-10 business days for delivery (excluding production time)
*This does not include our 2-7 day processing time.
Q: I have a question about my order, what should I do?

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: To check the status of your order and get your order number and email address, please use this link to check it out! Your information is all there. We'll also send updates via email when your order ships, so keep an eye out.
Q: I did not receive an order confirmation email.
A: If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may have been directed to your spam folder. If not, please contact info@personalizedmerchm.com as the email we have on file may be incorrect. Be sure to include your name with shipping information, emails, and any other information that may be helpful!
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
Answer: Payment methods include PayPal, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Just after your order is successfully placed.
